At Top Closet, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, we have a limited cancellation window.

Order Cancellation Window

  • You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

  • After this window, your order may already be processed or shipped, and cannot be canceled.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

If your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, once it arrives, you may still be eligible to return the item under our Return & Refund.
